1.Regional Perspective – NCR Region – I have a Budget of INR 5 Lacs. Within this budget, I have to devise a Branding and Promotional Strategy for a specific region. The main objective of such an exercise would be to create company’s Brand value in the region and to attract local memberships (Corporate / Institutional / Individual).
2.National Perspective – In this scenario I have to devise Strategy for building Franchisee network. Our area of operations would be whole of India. The Franchisee cost would range from INR 50 Lacs – 1 Cr. The major challenge would be profiling of perspective Franchisee Owners i.e.
•How to zero-in on Perspective Franchisee owners.
•What would be the mode of Selection procedure for the same?
•How to approach these individuals / corporates.
