Am I wrong in thinking Michael Haywood has all the markers of a potentially great coach for Pitt football?

Seems somewhat like Ben Howlan before Pederson brought him in.
Seems somewhat like Mike Tomlin, a CEO, wowed them in the interview, not one of the marquee names on the market. A young, black professional, to go into high school kid’s living rooms and talk them into choosing Pitt over their other choices. (whether Rutgers, as it seems Pitt has gotten a lot of talent out of NJ later, or traditional rivals WVU and PSU)

Probably.
The only way PSU loses a recruit to Pitt is when the recruit can’t academically qualify at PSU.
